Boz Scaggs
It’s been 50 years since Yacht Rock staples “Lido Shuffle” and “Lowdown” reached the top of the charts – but be wary of using that term when you see Boz Scaggs perform his hits live onstage. In a 2018 interview with Rolling Stone, the acclaimed rhythm and blues guitarist said he dislikes the label, wishing “they would just change the name of it.” 8 p.m. Check website for ticket prices. Worlds Collide Concert Tour
If you’re the parent of a tween, then you probably have some familiarity with the Disney Channel franchises Descendants, Zombies and Camp Rock. Marty Stuart
The death of Dolly Parton hit bluegrass legend Marty Stuart particularly hard. In 2023, the “Jolene” singer performed two fundraising concerts with Stuart, raising over $1 million for his Congress of Country Music, a performance space and museum in Mississippi that will feature country music memorabilia. “I called her SIS…..and I’m going to miss her,” he wrote in a social media post at the time of Parton’s death. “She was just one big ole heart full of love.” 7:30 p.m. $75-$150.
