Food truck and fast-casual burger joint Aioli Gourmet Burgers has been dishing out inventive burgers and shakes since 2013 – and has recently added its own lemonade brand to the mix. We caught up with Vivianna D’Ambrosio, Aioli’s director of sales and marketing, to talk about what she loves about the Valley. You can join us to do the same at Best Fest on August 13, where we’ll be celebrating the most laudable people, places and things in Greater Phoenix.
What can attendees expect from you at Best Fest?
We will be serving up some amazing lemonade from AZ Lemonade Stand, which is our sister brand. We will be serving our award-winning Italiano Burger with fresh mozzarella, bacon, fresh basil, tomato, basil garlic aioli [and] balsamic glaze on a brioche bun.
What are you most looking forward to at Best Fest?
Meeting all of the other vendors, making connections and sharing good vibes!
If you’re going out in the Valley, what’s a place you love to go, besides your spots?
For a late night bar experience, Valley Bar! For a local ice cream, The Screamery! For an authentic Italian experience, Pomo Pizzeria!
What is your favorite thing about living and working in Phoenix, and why?
I love the weather – outside of July and August. We are surrounded by amazing mountains that are a true gem.
What’s one of the most underrated things about Phoenix in the summertime?
