Chula Seafood plans to open a third Valley location in North Scottsdale soon, hoping for the Spring of 2022. Other locations in South Scottsdale and in the Uptown area of Central Phoenix.

Mandy Heflin and her husband John met at ASU two decades ago and started the Chula Seafood empire with Hogan with a mission to bring high quality fish to the Phoenix area.
