Chef Donald Hawk, of Valentine restaurant in Downtown Phoenix, joins PHOENIX Editor-in-Chief Craig Outhier and Managing Editor Leah LeMoine on this latest episode of the Desert Digest podcast.
Hawk’s culinary career has included stints at The Gladly, Noca and Citizen Public House. He’s also a local legend and 2019 Best of the Valley winner for creating The Hawko, a Jack-in-the-Box egg roll stuffed inside a Jack-in-the-Box taco.
