Local-food lovers have a new spot to stock up on artisanal delights: nomada provisions, the latest concept from Valentina Huerta and chef Gian Franco Brugaletta of Nonna Urban Eatery in Scottsdale.  The retail space is located at 3410 N. 24th Street in Phoenix and opens this week.
