During the construction of the 51 freeway in the late 1990s, numerous businesses fled the once-bustling Shea Corridor, or “Sheaborhood.” However, this North Phoenix locale has seen a vigorous resurgence over the last decade due largely to its unique shops, cozy restaurants like 32 Shea, and beautiful homes nestled in the foothills of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve.
