What’s in Your Bar Kit? with Christiaan Röllich

Christiaan Röllich is a wizard behind the bar. As a mixologist who’s worked at some of L.A.’s finest restaurants – including Lucques and A.O.C. – he was ready to take on the role of beverage director for chef Matt Carter’s stable of restaurants in the spring of 2023. “At Fat Ox, I curate the back bar, bring in new spirits and educate the staff,” Röllich says. “That’s what I’m doing right now at The Mission Kierland.” He shares some of his cocktail essentials with us.
