Ryan Bingham
For those who were introduced to country star Ryan Bingham through Yellowstone, know that the hit television drama wasn’t his first foray into Hollywood. The singer-songwriter also has an Oscar on his mantelpiece for co-writing the song “The Weary Kind” for the Jeff Bridges drama Crazy Heart. Of course, now that Yellowstone has ended its run, Bingham can get back to doing what he does best: being a troubadour of the highest caliber. 8 p.m. Check website for ticket prices. +Live+
The story of the post-grunge band +Live+ after it found fame when the hit song “I Alone” topped the charts is like a bizarre episode of VH1’s Behind the Music. It’s filled with tales of infighting, fraud and deception. Thankfully Ed Kowalczyk, who returned to the band in 2016, has successfully steered the group in the right direction. This is definitely a positive development, as “Lightning Crashes” still slaps. 7 p.m. Check website for ticket prices. The Showroom at Wild Horse Pass, 5040 Wild Horse Pass Blvd., Chandler, playatgila.com

Ivan Cornejo
The 20-year-old singer-songwriter is living proof that language doesn’t have to be a barrier to enjoy a good song. The música mexicana artist, who headlined Radio City Music Hall last month, puts so much emotion and feeling into his hits “Dónde Estás” and “Mirada” that hearing him tenderly sing their lyrics in his native tongue is just the icing on the cake. 8 p.m. Check website for ticket prices. Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, 2121 N. 83rd Ave., Phoenix, livenation.com

Peach Pit
Neil Smith, the frontman of the Canadian indie rock outfit Peach Pit, has grown by leaps and bounds as a songwriter, shifting his focus away from writing about items in his bathroom (“Shampoo Bottles,” from its second album, You and Your Friends) to focusing on material inspired by characters he’s met through his travels. It’s why the group’s latest album, Magpie, is such a revelation. 7 p.m., $25, Valley Bar, 130 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, valleybarphx.com

Foreigner
If you want to know what love is, Foreigner can show you. Check out the “Jukebox Heroes” and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees as they celebrate five decades together by playing a setlist filled with classic hits such as “Cold As Ice” and “Hot Blooded.” 8 p.m. Check website for ticket prices.
