Inside the recently renovated lobby of the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix, Carcara beverage manager Tim Smith and his team hosted Week 6 of PHOENIX magazine’s Summer Cocktail Camp on Sunday, August 13. Smith focused on the 5 C’s of Arizona in his drinks (cotton, copper, cattle, citrus, climate) and provided an abundance of knowledge in creating the Carcara spin on classics such as the margarita, whiskey sour and a smoked old fashioned.
