Dr. Vishy Broumand is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry and the University of Miami School of Medicine. He serves as Section Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Arizona, Banner University Medical Center and is the official team oral surgeon for the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns. He devotes most of his clinical practice to the comprehensive treatment of patients with missing teeth using conventional and zygomatic dental implants with the latest digital technology. He also remains passionate about removal of wisdom teeth with sedation; and facial reconstructive surgery for treatment of trauma and tumor related defects, nerve damage repair, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and orthognathic surgical correction of craniofacial deformities. Dr. Broumand is also involved in repair of facial congenital and acquired deformities of adults and children through several non-profit foundations including “Mission Rescate” and “Operation Changing Lives” in the Dominican Republic, Haiti and other medically underserved areas in the USA.
