Lauri Tanner is the CEO of Treasure House, an active living community in Glendale for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). It is one of only a few establishments nationwide to offer people with IDD a superior living experience along with the same opportunity as all others to lead fulfilling lives. With active engagement from leadership, Life Coaches and Community Assistants, residents are empowered to discover independence, community, inclusion, and purpose.
In addition to Lauri Tanner’s impactful work, she leads Growing Home, a $10 million capital campaign intended to replicate the distinctive Treasure House Phoenix model in other North American cities. This movement will allow more young adults with IDD, their families, and communities to thrive.
