When you’re committed to wellness, drinking a cocktail probably isn’t the first activity that comes to mind. But why not, given that having fun is part of the longevity prescription and some cocktails are certainly better for you than others? Best advice: Skip the Long Island Iced Tea and try this hilariously named, faintly fizzy refresher, chock-full of healthy ingredients such as CBD Nano-tincture (which lends a sense of well-being without getting you high), moringa tea and aloe water, the latter two packed with antioxidants. The sweetness of melon and grapes is balanced by the grassiness of vodka and the tang of fresh lime. Your biggest wellness problem? Not downing the entire goblet in one thirst-slaking gulp.

For this recipe, we’re skipping the CBD Nano-tincture, but you’ll still need to round up a few specific ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 green grapes with ½ oz. lime juice and ½ oz. moringa tea syrup*. Add 1 ½ oz. Zubrowka bison grass vodka, ½ oz. Chareau aloe liqueur, a barspoon of Midori melon liqueur and 1 ½ oz. aloe water, then add ice and shake vigorously. Double-strain into an oversize wine glass, top with Cava and stir. Garnish with cucumber and an herb sprig, and gulp the wellness down.

*Add 4 oz. boiling water to one moringa tea bag. Steep for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of sugar and the tea to a pot and heat on high, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Cool, bottle and refrigerate.
