The problem with writing about Pemberton PHX is… where to start? It seems to be expanding daily. And this week, that is not much of an exaggeration.
Wednesday was the official opening of Fever Dream Coffee.

Saturday will be the grand opening of House of Hee. It will be one of the few indoor offerings at Pemberton PHX and will be located on the second floor of the Pemberton house. The proprietor of House of Hee is Malia Hee, a self-proclaimed “succulent slanger” and “cactus cowgirl.” Over the past few months, she has been a fixture at the sidewalk sales and farmers market in Downtown Phoenix. House of Hee will offer the cacti she is known for as well as various home goods. Hee is also a talented artist and we hope to also see her illustrations available for sale.

And coming soon, located down the hall from House of Hee, will be The Rose Room, an artist studio and retail space by Blaise Danio and Shela Yu. They are shooting for a May opening and we can’t wait to see what they do with the space.
After that, who can guess? But I’m sure Pemberton PHX won’t stop surprising us anytime soon.
