The first week of June brings us a variety of new releases from craft breweries across Arizona – from thirst-quenching sours to hard-hitting stouts and more IPA’s than you could try in a weekend. Challenge accepted! Here’s this week’s list.

Fate Brewing (3 Valley locations)
Slade Reserve Hard Strawberry Lemonade, 7% ABV radler.
Brewer’s note: An effervescent imperial radler with a blast of fresh strawberry lemonade to grab the night by the berries. Pairs best with cold pizza and good times.

OHSO Brewery (4 Valley locations)
Cake Eater, 13.9% ABV bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout.
Available in cans and on tap on Friday, June 5.
Brewer’s note: Aged on pecans, toasted coconut and cacao for 10 months in Willett Bourbon barrels.

Beer Research Institute (Mesa)
Cherry Limeade, 5.6% ABV sour.
Brewer’s note: It’s a Kettle Sour with a huge dose of tart cherries and lime juice. It’s amazing!

Front Pourch Brewing (Phoenix)
Toasty Blonde, 7.4% ABV blonde ale.
The Hopsbury, 6.5% hazy IPA.
Brewer’s note: Toasty Blonde was the first beer Front Pourch ever brewed and is their best seller. This new batch of Hopsbury is the best version of it yet.

North Mountain Brewing (Phoenix)
Merlot Brut Pale Ale, 5% ABV, back on tap.
Brewer’s note: It is a deliciously light merlot grape juice-inspired beer with a malt bill of oats and rye. We dry-hopped Hallertau Blanc hops as well to add an extra green grape flavor.

Saddle Mountain Brewing Co. (Goodyear)
Mr. Fusion, 4.8% ABV lemon shandy.
IFR Oatmeal Stout, 5.2% ABV. Available on nitro.

Dillinger Brewing Co. (Tucson)
Dillinger IPA aged in a white wine barrel.
Barrel-Aged Dark and Stouty, 7.4% ABV English stout.
Brewer’s note: BA Dark & Stouty is a collaboration with Batch Whiskey and Doughnuts, aged in a Four Roses Bourbon barrel.

Sedona Beer Company (Sedona)
Sour Cherry Bomb, 5.3% ABV lactobacillus sour.
Saizen, 6.7% ABV tequila oak-aged Saison-Weizen. Available in bottles.
Scotch², a Scotch whiskey oak-aged Scotch ale. Available in bottles.

Nothing Becomes Her, a hoppy lager.
Both beers are brand new and release on Friday, June 5.

State 48 Brewery
(4 Valley locations)
New low-calorie Session IPA.
Brewer’s note: Tastes like a normal West Coast IPA, but with low ABV and less calories.

The popular “Bummer Summer” watermelon ale is also around the corner.
