We like doctors here at PHOENIX. (Isn’t that obvious?) But do we have enough of them? With 2.3 physicians per 1,000 residents, Arizona is well below the national average of 2.6 – let alone the civilized world.

Nigeria 0.4

Peru 1.2

Arizona 2.3

United States 2.6

United Kingdom 2.8

Kazakhstan 3.3

Germany 4.2
