To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Valley restaurants offer a variety of drink and food specials, from special blend margaritas to creamy guacamole. Fun fact: According to the California Avocado Commission, Americans eat more than 87 million pounds of avocados on Cinco de Mayo – that’s an estimated 175 million individual avocados or 349 million servings.
