The pandemic put the squeeze on Arizona breweries just as it did other businesses, but local craft brewers are slowly bouncing back. A big bounce should happen from 2-6 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, when the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild hosts the Beering Arizona festival via livestream to support local breweries. The festival will be online, but you can also attend at participating bars, breweries and craft beer stores.
General admission tickets cost $30 for a T-shirt or tank top and access to the livestream or $55 for a T-shirt, cooler bag, glassware, gaiter and livestream access. VIP packages are available for $55 for a T-shirt and VIP access to the festival (behind-the-scenes access to brewers via Zoom and more) or $75 (includes a T-shirt, VIP festival access, an insulated cooler bag packed with discounts, gaiter and commemorative glassware). Tickets can be purchased here. Proceeds support the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild. Updates will be available on the Beering Arizona Facebook page.
