Pre-pandemic, Courtney Worth was living in Los Angeles and working for an agency that handled social media content for A-list actors and the Big Five film studios. Homesick for her native Phoenix but eager to leverage her industry connections, she moved back to the Valley and launched her own digital content creation and consulting firm, Worth Digital Relations, in 2021. “The next month, I was in London working with Amazon Prime covering Rosamund Pike,” she says. Worth now spends her workdays jet-setting to international press tours, movie premieres and other star-studded events capturing content for top talent like Brad Pitt, Zendaya and Harry Styles. “Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could do this for my own company, in the entertainment industry, living in a secondary market,” she says. As Oscars season approaches, Worth shares her red-carpet essentials.

This Papier pen, which bears the same shades of red and pink as Worth’s branding, is a souvenir from a recent trip to London. “I love writing things, even though I’m such a digital girly,” she says. “There’s nothing that can compare to a great pen.”

To capture every angle of her clients and keep her personal Google Calendar up to date without worrying about a dead phone, Worth always carries at least two portable Apple MagSafe wireless chargers, which she favors for their small size and sleek design.

“I always have rose quartz and black tourmaline on me to help with the bad juju and keep me grounded,” Worth says of these spiritual stones from Phoenix metaphysical shop The Crystal Loft.

Worth prioritizes self-care on the road by never leaving home – or her hotel room – without her sugar-free LMNT electrolyte packets, Source Naturals Wellness Formula, and “as a Pisces who’s crying all the time,” Cryo Baby hydrogel under-eye masks. “I love putting them in the fridge,” she says.

Because of her handheld stabilizing phone rig and furry fuchsia Rode mic cover, Worth says she is instantly recognized on the red carpet for her “signature pink pouf” and “tricked-out iPhone.” “There are worse things to be known for, I guess,” she laughs.
