The Baltimore jam band, whose name stands for “Of A Revolution,” just released another anthem for the summer: a collaboration with DJ Premier and Brady Watt titled “Gonna Be Me (the friendship song).” It’s definitely for everyone with two ears and a heart; a mix of roots rock and country with lyrics that bring to mind those times spent with the people we cherish. 7 p.m. Check website for ticket prices. Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes
It’s safe to say no one saw the collaboration between British pop stars Coldplay and the flamenco duo Gipsy Kings coming. The two bands performed “Proud Mary” during the “Yellow” band’s concert in Barcelona last year to pay tribute to the late, great Tina Turner, then performed Gipsy Kings’ hit “Bamboléo.” 8 p.m. Tickets start at $68. Showroom at Wild Horse Pass, 5040 Wild Horse Pass Blvd., Chandler, 800-946-4452, playatgila.com
