For the third year, PHOENIX is using its powers of multi-platform media programming to manifest BOV as a flesh-and-blood party. More than 50 BOV winners, from the superlative sips of Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour to the custom cowboy lids of Rancher Hat Bar, will be on hand to taste, drink, hear, wear and otherwise experience. And all in the A/C-assisted comfort of The Duce.
