Tyler Childers
Fans of the “Whitehouse Road” singer have said they’re a little puzzled with the decor that adorns the stage of the country artist’s latest tour, from the odd taxidermy to the wooden backdrop. But even if the visuals seem a little peculiar, Childers proves that his breakthrough album Purgatory was no fluke. 7 p.m., $39.50-$99.50, Arizona Financial Theatre, 400 W. Washington St., Phoenix, 602-514-2919, livenation.com
Yves Tumor
Sean Bowie, who uses the pronouns they/them, creates wild and percussive music that feels simultaneously soulful and industrial. Their fourth album, Praise a Lord Who Chews but Which Does Not Consume; (Or Simply, Hot Between Worlds), came out last month. 8 p.m., $33.50-$38, Marquee Theatre, 730 N. Mill Ave., Tempe, marqueetheatreaz.com

With “Kiss From A Rose” still on the airwaves, it’s hard to believe that Seal’s first two records are 30 years old. Mayo Blvd., Phoenix, 480-478-6000, mim.org
The Psychedelic Furs
