This Thursday, April 6, is National Burrito Day, and if you wanted to get wrapped up in the day’s festivities, here are four Valley-based establishments to check out.

Salt & Lime Modern Mexican Grill
Have you bean to Salt & Lime Modern Mexican Grill? To commemorate National Burrito Day, Salt & Lime is offering all-day, all-you-can-eat refried bean and Oaxaca cheese burritos for $25. The Scottsdale-based cantina also puts a modern spin on typical Mexican fare – like its lightly crusted and seared ahi tuna crudo served with sliced avocado, jalapeño slaw, aioli and soy sauce, or short rib barbacoa with pickled red onion, stewed potatoes, cilantro and carrots.

Taqueria Factory
Known for “bringing the taste of Mexico straight to your table,” Taqueria Factory is a family-owned taqueria renowned for made-from-scratch recipes and high-quality braised meats. For National Burrito Day, the Chandler-based taco shop will be offering a buy-one-get-one-free burrito deal. The burritos at Taqueria Factory are highly customizable, with protein options including birria, carne asada, chicken, shrimp, al pastor, and bean and cheese. Each one is also served with refried pinto beans, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and sour cream.

When it comes to burritos, a French bistro probably isn’t the first place that comes to mind. However, the quinoa breakfast burrito at Zinqué, a très chic eatery in Scottsdale Fashion Square, is a menu highlight. For $15, you can eat a wholesome burrito made with healthy ingredients a – eggs, quinoa, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, cilantro, Gruyere cheese, and a signature taco and Romesco sauce – and a French flair.

Ramiro’s Mexican Food
This West Valley Mexican food joint combines great flavor and modest prices.
