Black Pistol Fire by Charles Reagan for Innings Arizona 2022

Every week, we present a curated list of live music in a wide range of genres all around the Valley. This week, we’re featuring cover bands or musicians who play with other bands.

February 22
Black Jacket Symphony Presents Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours
The passing of Christine McVie prompted drummer Mick Fleetwood to declare that Fleetwood Mac is “done.” While there are plenty of tribute bands out there paying tribute to the 70s legends in their absence, The Black Jacket Symphony prides itself on finding the right musicians to play albums in their entirety note for note. They’ll perform the group’s most popular album, Rumours, which features the beloved McVie compositions “Don’t Stop” and “Songbird.” $34-$105, The Van Buren, 401 W. Van Buren St., Phoenix, 480-659-1641, thevanburenphx.com

February 23
Quasi
You might know Sam Coomes and Janet Weiss, the duo that makes up the indie band Quasi, from their work with other groups. Weiss kept the beat for alt-rock legends Sleater-Kinney, while Coomes has played with Built to Spill and singer-songwriter Elliott Smith. But the band has been together for 30 years and is touring to promote their critically-acclaimed 10th album Breaking the Balls of History, which came out on the Seattle-based label Sub-Pop last week. 8 p.m., $18-20, The Rebel Lounge, 2303 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, therebellounge.com
