Tempe Cosmetics Company Helps Manufacture Fragrance Honoring Hollywood Legend Judy Garland

Hollywood legend Judy Garland would have celebrated her 100th birthday this year. Her surviving children – Lorna Luft, Joey Luft and Liza Minnelli – worked with cosmetic chemist Vince Spinnato and Tempe cosmetics company Velocity to create Judy, a gender-neutral fragrance to capture her warm yet strong and independent personality. Along with notes of dark orchid, coriander, tonka bean and elemi, the fragrance showcases a hint of the official Judy Garland rose, a varietal named in her honor.
