Dr. Jay Arora is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and refractive LASIK eye surgeon who specializes in a focus on complex cataract surgical techniques and refractive surgery. Dr. Arora is certified in femto-second laser assisted cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. He has significant experience in premium intraocular lens implantation, glaucoma and cataract laser treatment procedures, and minor oculoplastics surgical procedures. As a solo private practice owner, he accepts comprehensive ophthalmological patients and has expertise in providing care for a number of eye medical issues.

Dr. Arora completed his residency and clinical fellowship training in New York City, where he practiced for several years before coming to the Scottsdale/Phoenix metro-area. He recently opened his own private practice, Arora Eye, which consistently receives the highest reviews in patient satisfaction and services provided. At his beautiful facility, Dr. Arora is able to perform refractive surgeries such as LASIK and PRK as well as glaucoma laser surgery and post-cataract laser procedures. Dr. Arora is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, where he has given several talks and case presentations. He is also a contributing author for various research articles and ophthalmological textbooks.

In 2021, Dr. Arora was named as one of the Top Ophthalmologists in America as recognized by national publication in Newsweek Magazine. He received this honor on the basis of his excellent surgical skills, stellar bedside manner, and peer-recommended recognition for being one of the most sought-after ophthalmologists in the Phoenix metro area.
