Topics include:

-Alessandro Stratta’s new Campo Italian Bistro & Bar opening.
-spaghetti and meatballs for the family concept By The Bucket (originally from Payson) opening in the Valley.
-Urciuoli’s new Pa’La location in downtown Phoenix, perfectly located for Suns fans going to playoff games.
Read more about all these stories on the Foodie News blog each week.

After bouncing around some of the Valley’s high-end restaurants for years, Urciuoli opened Pa’La in central Phoenix in 2018 to create an informal style of fine dining that more personified himself. Pa’La recently opened a second location in Downtown Phoenix at 2nd Street and Washington. If you haven’t been, it specializes in tapas, wood-fired foods, pasta and seafood, but the menu is locally sourced and market fresh so it can change daily.
