A slew of new hotels have opened in the Valley or are slated to open soon. Here are three of the buzziest.
Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown
Canopy by Hilton in Downtown Tempe is a boutique hotel with local ties and art, such as a digitized version of Arizona State University’s fight song wrapped around the building. Amenities include complimentary socks and glass water bottles. Pre-
pandemic, the hotel was slated to open in April.

Cambria Hotel Downtown Phoenix
Fittingly for its Roosevelt Row location, the Cambria Hotel boasts pieces by local artists. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Poppy, earned a rave review from our food critic, Nikki Buchanan. It opened in December 2019.

Caesars Republic Scottsdale Hotel
Arizona will soon be home to the first Caesars Republic nongaming U.S. hotel. The 11-story, 265-room hotel – slated to open this fall – will pay homage to its Las Vegas mother property.
