Yasu Sushi Bistro

Never mind that this modern but cozy little bistro sits in a nondescript strip mall; Yasu Hashino’s Japanese food is way more exotic than the setting suggests. And it isn’t just the sushi that shines; every cooked dish on the menu (especially meat and seafood, cooked on a hibachi over Japanese charcoal) is sensational too. Great place to fine rare artisanal sakes.
