From his historic Downtown location, young gun Ivan Jacobo dispenses pricy entrees such as seared halibut, scallops and Beef Wellington. However, his best work is also his least expensive: toast topped with burrata, smoked prosciutto and seasonal fruit; whole-roasted cauliflower with anchovies and almonds; and his famous crudo.
