Sam Fox’s healthful fast-casual eatery isn’t so much a food revolution as it is a return to simpler times. Bright, clean farmhouse d’cor and gracious servers make for a cheerful dining experience, as do summery mix-and-match selections such as the Fruit Stand salad, citrus-beet veggie plate, and Flying Avocado wrap with grilled chicken and tangy avocado hummus. Veg-heads will lap up savory organic tofu and mushroom pho or nutty quinoa with sweet corn and yogurt.
