This colorful, multi-textural ode to Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera sits in the middle of Scottsdale’s entertainment district, an odd location for a relatively expensive and trendy menu focusing on global small plates. The food is beautifully presented and decent enough ‘ if you can find a parking spot and put up with an increasingly rowdy crowd as the night progresses.
