Proof is celebrating Labor Day weekend with its popular Seafood Shack menu featuring West Coast oysters, peel ‘n’ eat shrimp, king crab and a low country boil. On Friday, Aug. 31 and Saturday, Sept. 1, Proof will borrow from the great southern low country tradition of mixing seafood, sausage, and potatoes in a single dish.
