Falafel taco

Falafel Tacos, Perfect Pear Bistro
I sought out unique tacos, and boy did I find them! Perfect Pear Bistro comes in hot with its falafel taco, featuring crispy falafel, hummus, dill pickles, sprouts, tomato, topped with feta cheese and a creamy pesto vinaigrette. Pickles on a taco sounds weird but, trust us, they push this Mediterranean-inspired concoction over the edge.
