Staci E. Beamer, MD, is a surgeon in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Arizona where she treats a variety of thoracic diseases. Her clinical focus is in lung cancer, thymic cancer, chest wall tumors, esophageal cancer and diaphragm disease. She focuses on minimally invasive surgery, particularly robotic surgery for her patients.
Dr. Beamer completed medical school and cardiothoracic training at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Beamer founded and directs the Thoracic Robotic Program at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, which has treated more than 450 patients since its inception. She is an assistant professor of surgery at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.
