George Thorogood and the Destroyers
The “Bad to the Bone” singer almost didn’t make it on tour this year. The guitarist is celebrating a half-century of playing music but had to cancel some dates to recover from a “very serious medical condition,” per his Facebook page. Luckily for rock fans, he’s back on the road with a busload of blues riffs, so get your air guitars tuned up and ready. 8 p.m., $50-$90, Showroom at Wild Horse Pass, 5040 Wild Horse Pass Blvd., Chandler, 800-946-4452, playatgila.com
