Le Petit Pali Ocean Ave & Le Petit Pali 8th Ave  

Carmel-by-the-Sea welcomed these two sister properties in July 2023, located only two blocks apart. While staying at these hotels, guests can stroll the famed white sands of Carmel Beach. Nicolás Cocina de Herencia

After running the popular Villa Azteca in nearby Salinas, chef Susana Alvarez opened this 5,000-square-foot restaurant in Carmel Plaza in November 2023. The Michoacán native honors her heritage with dishes from three generations of family recipes. Chalone Vineyard Tasting Room

This internationally acclaimed winery’s Chardonnay ranked third in the 1976 Judgment of Paris. Chalone Vineyard’s newest tasting room opened to the public in Carmel Plaza in November 2023.
