Familiar shopping complexes are getting new looks in the coming months.

Paradise Valley Mall

A new AC Hotel and residential tower have gone up at Downtown Phoenix’s Arizona Center. Construction on PALMtower began in March and is expected to be complete in early 2024. arizonacenter.com
