If Christmas in Mexico is in the cards for you this year, you’re in luck: Two aviation outfits have new flight opciones. Set Jet, a membership-based, private jet charter based in Scottsdale, launched its first international route in August – a weekly nonstop flight between Scottsdale and Cabo San Lucas (pictured). “It’s now more important than ever to offer our members a safe, reliable way to get to their favorite destinations in Mexico,” says Tom Smith, Set Jet CEO and co-founder. “With the increasing demand for private travel amid the pandemic, we’ve been working on expanding the destination cities we serve to include Cabo San Lucas, which has been one of the most popular and heavily requested international routes.” Travelers without Set Jet memberships can book American Airlines’ new flights from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to two Baja California Sur destinations: La Paz (three weekly flights, starting December 19) and Loreto (four weekly flights, December 17-May 3). setjet.com; aa.com
