A board certified and fellowship-trained spine surgeon with over 10 years of experience, Dr. Terrence Crowder specializes in minimally invasive surgery for cervical and lumbar degenerative disorders, artificial disc replacement, and SI joint disorders. Dr. Crowder received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry at Duke University. He earned his medical degree from University of Arkansas Medical School and completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery. During his spine fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI, he worked with international leaders in spine disorders, gaining additional expertise in degenerative disease, spine trauma, tumors, infection and deformity affecting all areas of the spine.
