Nina J. Karlin, MD, FACP, is a medical oncologist at Mayo Clinic. She specializes in gynecologic malignancies, colorectal cancer and endocrine malignancies. Dr. Karlin is active in clinical trials for oncology patients and does research in diabetes and cancer. She currently serves on the American Board of Internal Medicine’s Internal Medicine Exam Committee and is an associate professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Dr. Karlin earned her B.A. from Brown University and her medical degree from Dartmouth Medical College. She completed an internal medicine residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, a geriatrics fellowship at UCLA and a hematology-oncology fellowship at UCLA Olive View Medical Center.
