Dr. Farhad Mosallaie is double board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) and pain medicine. He specializes in conservative, minimally invasive treatment including spinal injections, electrodiagnostics, radio frequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and regenerative medicine. Dr. Mosallaie aims to address specific pain issues, restore functionality and allow his patients to resume normal activities without surgery or use of heavy medications. He completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and earned his medical degree from the University of Texas School of Osteopathic Medicine.
