Position Overview:
–Manage and expand sales from existing or past advertisers.
–Business development to create new accounts and revenue. Prospect and target new advertisers.
–Create customer partnerships and campaigns that generate new revenue opportunities and meet customer’s marketing needs.
–Attain individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
–Manage customer relationships and business throughout the entire sales cycle.
Ideal Candidates will possess the following skills and abilities:
–Media Sales Experience
–Consultative Sales Approach
–Strong prospecting and networking skills with a disciplined new business focus.
–Knowledge of and experience working with a variety of industries.
–Strong persuasive written and in-person communication skills
–Proven track record of excellence with the direct and agency sales process
–Ability to negotiate contracts within customer budgets and at rate card pricing
Education and Experience:
–College degree required
–2+ years media sales experience
