Description

Level 1 Yoga Workshop & Certification Yoga Camp August 18-21 \"If the foundation is firm, the building can withstand calamities. The practice of yoga is the foundation so that the self is not shaken under any circumstances.\" B.K.S. Iyengar A strong yoga practice, and how we navigate life, depends on the strength of our foundation. When we have a solid foundation, we can align ourselves internally and externally, be fully engaged, and remain calm and steady. This is how we can be strong and flexible in our yoga practice...and in our lives. Maybe you\'ve always wondered about the fundamentals of yoga, and wanted to understand how things like Foundation, Alignment, Engagement, and Gaze impact your practice, on and off your yoga mat. Or, perhaps you want to become certified to teach Gentle or Level 1 yoga classes in a gym, fitness center, community center, church, school, or online?
