Double Hazy IPA/8.5% ABV/55 IBU
In two short years of operation, Roses by the Stairs Brewing has thrust to the forefront of the Valley beer-making peloton, specializing in sours, Belgians and sock-you-in-the-jaw IPAs. To celebrate its second anniversary this summer, owner Jordan Ham supercharged the house hazy, double-dry-hopping it with Citra, Mosaic and Luminosa for good, swampy aromas of passion fruit, orange zest and guava, and adding a healthy two points of ABV punch. You know what they say about the Terrible Twos. rosesbythestairsbrewing.com
