On this first Beer Review podcast episode of 2023, we chat with Justin Cross, CEO and founder of Earn Your Booze and Alex Phillips, the director of sales and marketing for Grand Canyon Brewing Co. The two companies collaborated on a new beer called Dead Hanger Pale Ale, a tropical hazy with very little bitterness and a lot of grapefruit flavor that lingers on the tongue with each sip.
The idea is for beer drinkers to set fitness goals for themselves — whether its a 30 minute daily walk or a 45 minute session of intense push-ups, pull-ups and dead hangs — all in an effort to earn the beer at the end of the day.
We learn that Grand Canyon Brewing is looking to possibly expand into the Valley and even adults can fall into the display river that flows through the Williams location.
