A special thanks to the Arizona Craft Brewer’s Guild for all the hard work behind-the-scenes to coordinate beer judge training sessions, gathering beer submissions, encouraging brewery participation, setting up the judging day at Shamrock Foods and hosting the awards ceremony.
In it’s inaugural year, 40+ Arizona breweries submitted 151 beers for the judging that took place on Saturday, September 17. With the expertise of Melissa Osborne from Four Peaks Brewing and Chip Mulala from Huss Brewing, beers were sorted into 14 categories for the panel of 30+ judges to rate off GABF guidelines.
