Hash Kitchen
Haven’t you heard? Hash Kitchen is the place to get your boozy brunch on, thanks to its build-your-own bloody bar. Here’s the 411: For $13, start with vodka and house-made bloody mary mix, then load it up with more than 50 craft topping options, which range from classic (olives and celery) to crazy (fried ravioli and onion rings). If that’s not enough, go for the Big Hash – a 32-ounce behemoth bloody for $34.

The Oink Café
Did somebody say bacon? This breakfast and lunch joint boasts eight kinds, so naturally it also offers a bacon-centric bloody mary. The Oink Bacon Bloody Mary ($8) features a house-made mix, premium vodka, a bacon salted rim and a bacon strip garnish. If you’re not in the mood for cured pork, choose from five other variations including the Spicy Thai ($7), infused with Sriracha and jalapeño or the Verde Mary ($8) with tomatillo, cucumber and lemon. Can’t choose? Try a flight of four for $11.

You could make a meal out of the Tailgate (garnished with bacon) or the Bacon N’ Egg (topped with bacon and a hard-boiled egg), or clear out your sinuses with the Eye Opener (infused with jalapeño and Cholula), which range from $7.95 to $9.95. But get the best bang for your buck with a flight of four for $24.95. A traditional bloody mary topped with an olive and pickle is also available for $7.95.

Though the bloody mary is typically a morning treat, we’d drink the one at this Roosevelt Row dining institution any time of the day. Thanks to its spicy and savory mix of hot sauce, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire, pickle and olive juice, it’s the perfect morning hangover helper or mid-day delight.
