What’s in your Cannabis Kitchen with Aaron Chamberlin

Chef/restaurateur Aaron Chamberlin is down to just one restaurant (Taco Chelo) and is taking on a new endeavor: cannabis. In 2019, Chamberlin became CEO of Good Things Coming, a line of edibles from Arizona’s Copperstate Farms. “I saw the opportunity to create a very high-quality edible using great ingredients that would taste great,” says Chamberlin. “At the time, I didn’t see that in the marketplace.” He shares his prized products and kitchen items with us.
