Choosing the Top Producers

PHOENIX magazine generates its Top Producer list via an online survey of agent nominations submitted by a manager, such as a marketing manager, office manager, brokerage executive, CFO, or CEO. Those filling out the survey provided us with informed, accurate information about sales volumes. At the conclusion of voting, PHOENIX fact checked all submissions. Nominated agents must currently be selling homes in the Phoenix metro area to qualify. Agents cannot be nominated as individuals and also as part of a team; a team nomination will supersede an individual nomination. All agents must be licensed and in good standing with the State of Arizona Department of Real Estate.
