Donna Winters, a Phoenix Home & Garden Masters of the Southwest award winner provides the creative vision for the team. Roger and Lisa Booth provide the vision and culture for the future. Our team includes Juan Monge, Filed Supervisor; Roger Booth, President; Patricia Rossi, Specialties and Pots Manager; Lisa Booth, Vice President; Donna Winters, Vice President of Design; Lowell Rice, Maintenance Manager; and Paul Martos, Project Manager.
